What we collect, plainly
Very little, and none of it is sold.
Last reviewed: September 2026.
What is collected
When you load a page, our hosting provider records the usual technical details in a server log: the address requested, the time, a truncated IP address, and the browser's user-agent string. This is what keeps the site online and lets us see which pages are read. Logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
If you email us
Your message and address stay in the mailbox so we can reply and so we can check later whether a correction was applied. We do not add you to anything — there is no newsletter — and we do not use your address for any other purpose.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If a privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics tool is used, it counts page views without building a profile of you or following you to other sites. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service in order to fetch them.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Nothing is passed to advertisers or data brokers. The only parties who touch anything are the hosting and email providers that make the site work.
Opting out
Blocking cookies or scripts in your browser, or using a content blocker, will not stop this site from working — nothing here depends on them. If you have written to us and want your message and address deleted, ask at the contact address and we will remove them.
Links out
Links to hotels lead to sites we do not run. Once you follow one, that site's own privacy practices apply.
